Wholistic Nursing Leadership Program

Program Details

The CODE YOU Wholistic Leadership Program offers up to 22 CE hours. Course participants will receive the education, tools, and support needed to resuscitate and strengthen nursing from the inside out. Each cohort gathers for one in-person 8-hour retreat like session followed by 3 2-hour Zoom sessions. Our in-person gathering will cover the first three classes, focusing on the heart of the nurse with interactive training on active listening, storytelling, and the Enneagram. From this empowered posture, we discuss some of the most challenging issues plaguing nursing today: workplace violence, bullying, and trauma. In our final session, leaders are coached on how to incorporate the course teachings into their work plan to shift workplace culture in their area of leadership. Nurse leaders are also offered two one-on-one 30-minute coaching sessions and training on how to lead a CODE YOU retreat of their own. *Prerequisites include a nursing leadership position and the completion of a CODE YOU retreat. *ANCC accreditation through OCEAN.
