Program Details

This half-day CODE YOU retreat aims to offer each nurse education and practical tools to rediscover Hope, Purpose, and Meaning. Our time together will feel like a retreat. We will have short teaching sessions on compassion fatigue, the impact of spirituality on overall health, and practical tools to renew nurses' hearts and souls. Participants will have time to journal on their own, do simple yoga practices, connect with nature, create not-so-artistic art, eat together, and develop their own spiritual care plan. Join us in person on September 27, 2024, from 10 am to 3:30 pm. Registration Deadline September 10, 2025
