In this course, nurses will explore evidence-based practices of gratitude and their impact on reducing stress, improving workplace culture, and enhancing patient care. Through reflective exercises and guided practices, participants will learn to integrate gratitude into their personal and professional lives in ways that foster renewal and strengthen compassion. Learners will walk away with: - A deeper understanding of gratitude as a wholistic practice. - Practical strategies to apply gratitude in everyday nursing care. - Tools to support personal resilience and restore joy in the work of caregiving. Course Format: The "Art of Gratitude" is self-paced, allowing you to progress through the material at your convenience. Each module includes interactive activities, reflective exercises, and practical applications that can be integrated into your daily routine. Session Details: This session is the third of ten sessions and is worth 1 CE hour.
